Anodized Aluminum Jump Rings - Product Description

Our Anodized Aluminum Jump rings are anodized in house at our sister company, Premier Anodizing & Metal Finishing. This assures that we will never be out of stock of a color and that we have control over our quality.  However, the colors can change slightly from batch to batch. We use a spectrometer to get the closest color matches possible but there still can be some differences, this is normal in the anodizing process. Therefore, you should order enough jump rings to finish your project all at the same time.

Our jump rings are anodized before they are cut so the ends are raw aluminum however with the coating thickness we use and with the thin blades we cut our jump rings with, if you close the rings properly the seam can not be seen.

Jump Ring Weight - Anodized Aluminum Jump rings are lighter weight than Enameled Copper Jump rings. The coating is fairly hard but it can be scratched with steel.

FDA Approved - The anodizing process we use is FDA approved for cookware. Premier Anodizing uses only organic dyes and is rated non-hazardous.

Anodized Aluminum Jump Rings - Inventory Announcement

On 7/12/2017 - Tiffany Blue is currently not available, but has been replaced with Maui Blue.  We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and are working on the formula to get a true Tiffany Blue color for you!  Thank you for understanding.

    1. Myrtle Magic! star rating

Posted by Samantha Gron on Oct 2nd 2018

The color is exquisite (as are all of the rings I've ordered from your company) and I find I cannot wait to craft beautiful things to catch the eye of others. Your products are always of the best quality and I happily suggest you to everyone I know who is a mailler (of any caliber)

    2. I had to return them star rating

Posted by Karen Ruth on Sep 18th 2018

Customer service is great. They exchanged my 18 awg 5/32 rings that were not the same size as my other rings of the same size that I had ordered. They double checked the inner diameter to make sure they matched my other rings. I am doing an inlay.

    3. Perfect for dragon weave! star rating

Posted by Bette on Jun 8th 2018

I bought these jump rings along with some 20 gauge jump rings to practice dragon weave. They worked perfectly The bracelet was light weight and fun. I love the finish and the colors!

Ordered 7 different colors of jumprings. Color is even and really bright, shining, and true to its description. Seamless closures and jumprings are easy to work with. Expect to order more in the future. Customer service is excellent!

    6. Consistent color star rating

Great QA on this product. Consistent color throughout the bag.
      Thanks for your great product!

    7. Love the colors & the light weight star rating

Posted by Laura Frank on Sep 24th 2017

This was my first time buying AA. I really loved the colors! The light weight was great for doing my first Dragon Scale weave. It did take me some time to get used to closing them well. I've been using enameled copper since I started Wire work. Years before I tried Chainmaille. I know how it moves and the aluminum was a little bit harder for me. However, the rings did close very well and the product was great! I still prefer copper, but for heavy weaves, I can definitely see using AA in the future.

    8. KNOW WHAT YOUR ORDERING star rating

Posted by Alan on Jun 29th 2017

AA rings are first class, great colors!
Unfortunately, know what you are ordering!
I am used to ordering SWG material, didn't realize or notice WGM sells AWG. Therefore when I received my rings, when I ordered 18g, I actually got 19g. Absolutely an error on my part.
So know what you are ordering!
P.S. I placed another order, this time ordering 16g, to get 18g.

    9. Working for me and my projects. star rating

Posted by Unknown on May 4th 2017

I have used the rings since I received them in the mail and they are working out just fine, I do chain maile jewelry and they are working out nicely in my designs. They are consistent is size and color through out the project.

    10. Gorgeous colors star rating

      Posted by Ss08 on Oct 18th 2016

I love this size ring, and these gorgeous colors. I use them in my gsg and hp3in1s6 weaves! I will definitely be back for more colors. And I love the free gift of the chain Maille mat I received with my last 2 orders!
