Ten foot roll of anodized 20AWG (.81mm) Niobium wire. Please take cautions when manipulating pre-colored niobium. Use nylon pliers or if you must use steel pliers please tape or use Tool Magic to protect the color.

Niobium is a reactive metal. It receives its color due to anodizing with electricity. Just like dye lots, each roll of Niobium wire can be slightly different from the next. This color variation is a feature property that adds to the beauty of Niobium.
Niobium Wire - Cleaning
Oils from the skin can make your Niobium seem dull. To clean Niobium, use a window cleaner (such as Windex) to polish. Rinse and dry your piece completely to bring back the shine.
