Jump Rings

Our saw cut jump rings follow the American Wire Gauge (AWG), also known as Brown and Sharpe (B&S). All sizes listed are inside diameter (I.D.), which corresponds to the size of the mandrel onto which the wire is wound. Use these I.D.'s as a guide not an absolute as springback can occur on larger rings, especially in metals like steel and aluminum.

If you are used to SWG (Standard Wire Gauge) sizing that some other vendors use.
Please see our FAQ section for help before choosing your ring gauge.

Our jump rings are available either in metric inside diameter (mm) or in imperial inside diameter (fraction of an inch). Sold by either ounce or half ounce packages.

All rings are saw cut and tumble polished for a bright shiny beautiful jump ring. Occasionally you might get a misshapen ring or an end cut half ring. To account for this, we put extra rings in every bag.

If there is a size you are looking for that we once carried that is no longer in the drop downs, please contact us for custom orders.
