Xuron's new model 483 Short Flat Nose Pliers are designed especially for chainmaille, to allow for more surface area of the pliers on the jump ring. High Carbon steel for strength and extra slim profile to allow access to high-density areas. Flat, smooth blades with 3mm wide jaws provide an extra gripping surface on jump rings for increased control and stability.
The short jaw provides extra gripping control on a jump ring while eliminating any interference with the open working space of the ring. The pliers are also useful for picking up small items and holding metal or wire while filing.
