In joint collaboration, visionary designer Iris Van Herpen and Swarovski created this pendant to highlight crystalline geography reminiscent of naturally occurring fractured surfaces in forming crystals. Resembling a crystal cross-section, the pendant displays the ingenuity of nature in its unique formations, similar to a geode with druzy.
The crystalline structure is filled with tiny fissures and cracks that reflect and refract the light. Each "growing crystal" features up to 500 hand-embedded double cones to maximize light refraction at the crystal's core.
