I made some earrings from these to sell at a local faerie-themed art festival. I love the subtle color variations between the colors. The earrings are very visually striking, and very comfortable to wear. I used the medium hammered scales with 16g 8mm rings.

I love these! I use them and the pipes to make wind chimes. They were very helpful to me and shipping was fast! 10 stars!!

I love these premium scales as the anodization is on the edges as well as the surfaces. This makes for a much more visually appealing end product. While considerably higher priced than my other vendor, the premium quality does much to offset the price difference. As a jewelry maker I appreciate the high quality. I will be buying again

Ordered a bunch of the large and medium scales, and they are great! Very nice quality! The smooth silver are my favorite because they are just classic and shiny. The smooth black are awesome too. This is my first time making scale mail and I found this site by chance looking for the best price and reviews, I did not have a single scale that was unusable from being punched incorrectly, everything was perfect, the order was fast, I accidentally misread and order far too little for the job I needed and placed a second order the next day after realizing my mistake, and both orders where still delivered the same day, I would 100% but again from WeaveGotMail, and I plan on it. I have never done any kind of scale maille before and these scales are absolutely perfect. They shine in the sun to boot.

I tried these scales on a whim, because I wanted the look of the hammered style and to try some colors my regular provider doesn’t carry — I am SO impressed with the look, feel, color and quality of these scales I am never buying the others again. These scales are gorgeous. They are a “Hair” thinner than I am used to, but I quickly realized I preferred that. The Onyx is stunning in the Hammered style, they added so much to my finished piece - I am obsessed with these scales.

This was my first time purchasing scalemaile or even attempting the style. It has been amazing to learn and I attribute that to the quality from the company. Absolutely stunning scales (the Sour Apple color is like a sage green!) and the metal is sturdy but lightweight.
